How Silia handles your details
In short: we only use what you send us, only to reply, and we never sell it.
Who we are
This website is run by Silia International RAKEZ FZ LLC, a company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates. In this notice, “Silia”, “we” and “us” mean that company. You can reach us at hello@siliainternational.com.
What we collect through this website
Only what you choose to send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, your organisation if you give it, the topic you picked, your message and your email address.
We do not ask for health information. Please do not send patient details or other sensitive information through this website.
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
To answer your question, to talk with you about our services if you asked us to, and to keep a record of what was agreed. We use your details for these purposes only, based on your request and the consent you give in the form.
We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we are in contact with you, and for at most 24 months after our last contact. After that we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer, for example for invoices.
Who helps us run the website
Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it against abuse. Our email provider stores the messages we receive. If we later add a service that delivers form messages to our inbox, we will name it here.
These providers only process your details on our behalf and may store them outside the UAE. We choose providers that protect personal data to a recognised international standard.
Website statistics
If we count visits, we use statistics that work without cookies and do not identify you, such as the number of visitors per page.
Your rights
You can ask us which details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@siliainternational.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the data protection authority in the UAE.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date below.
